The Church of Santa Maria Delle Grazie

Leonardo's Last Supper

Guiniforte Solari, under commission by the Dominican order, built The Church of Santa Maria Delle Grazie in the late 15th century. Owing partly to contributions from the architect Donato Bramante, the church is considered a moment of transitional architecture between the Renaissance and Gothic periods.
