Maddalena and Caprera Islands

 

La Maddalena Island is in Northerneastern Sardinia. Its town of the same name is known to predate the Roman Empire. Boating is of course central to life in La Maddalena and boat lovers are sure to enjoy a trip here. The village of Caprera is perhaps the sailing capital of Costa Smeralda, which it faces.
